Synopsis Dragon Ball Super Manga 2

The Oracle Fish is engaged in a conversation with Bills and Whis, sharing a prediction that it's only a matter of time before the Super Saiyan God that Bills had dreamed of appears. In response, the God of Destruction becomes elated, but Whis interrupts the celebration by mentioning that the planet Vegeta, where the Saiyans lived, was destroyed by Frieza, leading to their near-extinction.

Bills recalls this and admits that he had asked Frieza to do it. Whis uses his powers to check how many Saiyans are still alive and confirms that the few remaining ones reside on a planet called Earth. However, he emphasizes that one of them is not on Earth but on the planet Kai, and it's the very same Saiyan who defeated Frieza.

This revelation surprises Bills greatly, as he considers a Saiyan capable of defeating Frieza to be quite peculiar. Excitedly, he tells Whis they should head to the planet Kai to witness this Saiyan.

Meanwhile, Goku is training on the planet Kai with Bubbles. Suddenly, Goku notices the Northern Kai becoming increasingly nervous and mentioning a major problem: Bills is approaching the planet. Goku asks who Bills is, and the Kai informs him that he is the God of Destruction, the most powerful deity in the universe.

While the Northern Kai grows more anxious, Goku becomes thrilled upon hearing that Bills is the most powerful god in the universe and expresses his desire to fight him. At that moment, Bills and Whis arrive and overhear the conversation, prompting Bills to ask Goku if they are going to fight. Goku responds affirmatively, but the Northern Kai intervenes between Goku and Bills, trying to prevent the battle from happening.

Ignoring all of the Northern Kai's warnings, Goku transforms into a Super Saiyan and prepares to fight Bills. Goku attempts to attack Bills, but Bills effortlessly evades all of his strikes with superior speed. The God of Destruction mentions that as far as he remembers, all Saiyans had black hair, but Whis explains that the change in hair color is due to the Super Saiyan transformation technique.

Goku confirms Whis' explanation and decides to transform into Super Saiyan Phase Two upon realizing that he can't harm Bills. The situation repeats itself, and Goku remains unable to harm Bills, although this time, the God of Destruction admits that he finally understands how Goku managed to defeat Frieza.

Realizing that even in Super Saiyan Phase Three, he is unable to defeat Bills, Goku determines that he must become Super Saiyan God. However, the outcome remains the same, and Bills admits to being somewhat impressed.

At that moment, the other Kais sense that Goku is fighting Bills but don't know why. Meanwhile, far away from Earth, Champa also becomes aware of the situation and tells Vados that Bills might not have noticed their presence due to the ongoing battle.

Meanwhile, the battle between Goku and Bills continues, but even with Super Saiyan Phase Three, nothing changes. Bills is able to injure Goku with a mere flick of his finger. Frustrated by Goku's inability to transform into Super Saiyan God, Bills decides to render him unconscious with a devastating blow to the back of the neck. Afterward, Bills and Whis leave the planet of the Northern Kai and head towards Earth to find out if any other Super Saiyans are capable of becoming Super Saiyan God.

Champa is once again shown observing as Bills departs from the planet of the Northern Kai to head to Earth, rejoicing that he hasn't been detected yet. The chapter concludes with an excited Bills arriving on Earth.
