The chapter begins after eighteen days of grueling travel on the Heata's spaceship. Goku and Vegeta finally arrive at the enigmatic planet Cereal, accompanied by Macki and Oil. Macki, with his wisdom, reveals the possible location of Granolah, but something unusual catches their eye: Macki and Oil cannot sense the ki of anyone in the place. Does this confirm that Granolah possesses divine power? Let's move on.

Goku and Vegeta set off in search of the battle against Granolah, with Oil secretly following them to spy on his movements. Meanwhile, Macki decides to wait for the arrival of his compatriots Elec and Gas. During the wait, Elec mentions that the Heata have not set foot on the planet Cereal in forty years, while Gas prefers not to remember the dark memories he has about that place.

This allows us to glimpse that Gas hides a terrible past related to the planet Cereal, and we will have to wait until the next episode, number 73, to unveil this mystery. The truth is that, with everything that has happened in recent months, the character of Gas has acquired a unique potential, becoming the most powerful member of the Heata.

After walking around on the planet Cereal for a while, Goku and Vegeta begin to think that there is no one else in that place. However, they are suddenly surprised by incredibly accurate and deadly sniper shots coming from a nearby forest. These shots seem to appear out of nowhere, but Goku and Vegeta narrowly dodge them, leaving unharmed. Following the trail of the shots, Vegeta transforms into a Super Saiyan to increase his agility and better dodge the explosions, while Goku unleashes the power of Ultra Instinct to locate his enemy.

Finally, they reach the source of the shots and discover an empty clearing, with no trace of anyone. But the sniper's attacks quickly resume, this time from the sky and then from the ground, at a speed that Goku and Vegeta can barely keep up with. In a totally shocking twist, Goku is shot in the back of the head, knocking him unconscious and returning him to his base state. The sniper has hit one of Goku's vital points, seriously injuring him and putting his life in danger.

Vegeta quickly offers Goku one of the hermit's seeds to recover, while scolding him for relying on a still imperfect Ultra Instinct to dodge those shots. Goku, taking things more seriously, transforms into a Super Saiyan and uses his mind instead of Ultra Instinct to fight, shooting towards his opponent's location. It is at that moment that the sniper is revealed to be none other than Granolah. However, Granolah disappears and reappears behind the Saiyan duo, shocking Goku by stating that his movement technique is even faster than teleportation.

Granolah reveals that these abilities are just a small sample of the many nameless techniques he has obtained in his quest to become the most powerful warrior in Universe 7. Furthermore, he reveals his true nature as the last of the Cerelians, bearing a grudge against Saiyans and with a burning desire for revenge. Wasting no time, Granolah resumes attacking him, demonstrating a Hakai-like technique that creates a massive crater in the ground.

Goku, worried about Granolah's abilities and confused by the conflicting information he had received about the Cerelians, suggests fighting and teaming up. However, Vegeta rejects the proposal once more, determined to prove his superiority over Goku in this battle. Even so, Vegeta insists that Goku be the first to face Granolah, as he wishes to take revenge for the blow he received earlier.

And so, the long-awaited fight between Goku and Granolah begins. Goku transforms into a Super Saiyan God and unleashes the power of Ultra Instinct, combining both forms to match the incredible power of Granolah. For his part, Vegeta claims that combining a state of mind like Ultra Instinct with a transformation like Super Saiyan God increases the accuracy and effectiveness of attacks.

However, Granolah manages to hit one of Goku's vital points again, paralyzing him and forcing him to abandon his Super Saiyan God transformation. Granolah proclaims that, thanks to his right eye evolved and enhanced by his wish, he can observe Goku's blood flow and muscle movements, finding all of his weak points.

Meanwhile, Vegeta begins to suspect that Granolah might be hiding something else, perhaps more than just a villain. Determined to discover the truth, Vegeta ventures into the ancient ruins of the planet Cereal. As the battle continues, Granolah reveals his desire for revenge on the tyrant Frieza, trusting that Vegeta will reveal the location of the evil emperor even if he kills Goku in the process.

Goku, aware of Granolah's desire and confused by the contradictions surrounding his Cerelian identity, confronts his enemy with determination. Transformed into Super Saiyan Blue, he unleashes his full power and triggers tremors on the planet Cereal that alert the sugarians. Vegeta's suspicions are confirmed when, exploring the ruins, he discovers a large footprint of an Ozaru, and the chapter draws to a close with Vegeta saying, "Now I see… I understand your true identity, Granolah."
